Founded in 2021, Fresh Start Animal Rescue League has made tremendous impact thanks to the help of members and volunteers in the Schuylkill County community. We are committed to providing all animals and humans with a Fresh Start where families and animals can heal. Special emphasis will be placed on the military and our first responders who so selflessly give of themselves for the benefit of others.
